We started off the weekend by attending Megan’s play Seussical the Musical. It was SO good!! We are so proud of our little “bird girl”

Emma had her junior year (WHAT????!!!!!!) Semi Formal last night. She looked so beautiful!!

And because there was a camera out Lucy thought it was for her. Whatever! I couldn’t resist!!!

Lucy and Esme

I love that Lucy has a friend the same age as her growing up right next door. Emma, Megan and Chloe are all so much older then her so Esme is exactly what she needs. It’s been really fun watching these 2 little girls get to know each other over the last couple of months. I love that she has someone to play babies, princesses and dress up with. I enjoy listening to their 4 year old conversations and watching them run through the backyard and up the driveway together. My hope is that they will always remain good friends and have many fun “adventures” together.

The Desmarais Girls

The girls got to spend a couple of days with Kate and Riley this week. Tracey took Megan and Kate on a school shopping trip to the Natick Mall.

Chloe and Riley stayed with me and played American Girls for about 24 hours straight!

Even online!!

I can’t believe how big these girls are getting!! They’ve been friends since they were a year old!! I love the fact that even though they live almost 2 hours away from each other they remain close friends!!

Oh and here is Lucy. This is a picture she made of me. Notice the flower in my hair.

Our 4th of July Celebration

Every year we look forward to celebrating the 4th of July in this little town of ours. This year after the parade we went to a friend’s party. We had such a wonderful time with some great friends. We enjoyed the pool, a 3 legged race and a watermelon eating contest. After the party we finished off with some amazing fireworks.
