I’m one lucky lady!
Daisy finally uses her bed. I took this picture to send to Emma to wish her luck at her away field hockey game.
Every time Jon calls from work Lucy asks if he will hang her upside down when he gets home.
We got to spend a little time with “Roger” before sending him off to one of Chloe’s friends.
The first thing Chloe said to me when she got off the bus yesterday was “please tell me you made an apple pie today”. I didn’t. So today I made her an apple pie.
This is my favorite apron. I wear it all the time. Jon bought it for me from Anthropologie last Christmas. It makes me feel like a modern day 50’s housewife. I like feeling like a modern day 50’s housewife, makes me happy (like clean closets)…….notice my black and white photos. 😉
My little helper is stealing apple slices out of the bowl.
Mmmmmmmmm Chloe is going to love this!!
Lucy and I went to the pumpkin patch last Friday to get our white pumpkin. She picked out 4 little pumpkins for her and her sisters.
Saturday I took this sweet girl out for lunch. I love any one on one time I get with them.
I love this guy 🙂
Hanging out with the girls Saturday night.
On Sunday we closed the pool. Always a sad day.
Lucy caught a frog!
Special day of shopping and lunch with Lucy.
It was a great week.
I have a LOOOOOOONG list of things that I need to get done around here. Today I started with the littlest project, oh well. At least I started. 🙂
My pretty scarves have a home. A little OCD maybe but I don’t care. This is my blog and I can put up whatever I want 🙂 A pretty basket of organized scarves makes me happy.
It’s not HGTV worthy but it looks so much better!!
Today was one of those perfect fall days. We had a morning full or errands and then an afternoon of apple picking and church. This is one of the first times that we went to church as a family of 6. Oh my God, Lucy was so stinkin cute sitting between Jon and I with her hands in the perfect prayer pose. I’m pretty sure that taking pictures of my kids is frowned upon in the Catholic Church so it’s one of those sweet little memories I will have to keep in my mind. I did get a lot at the apple orchard though.
Can anyone spot Emma in the tree?
I had to include this one of Megan getting ready for her school dance last night.
Can’t wait to start making apple pies!! I love fall!!
